| Service Request / Rates |
Our service rates are highly competitive. We constantly "sharpen our pencil" to provide you with the best value for your money. Labor rates correspond to the complexity of the tasks performed.
All service requests will be placed as a work order for you site. Upon completion of a work order, you will be provided a copy of such work order that will disclose in detail the total time, parts (if needed), and a brief description of the work performed. This form requires a signature from your authorized staff to assure accurate billing charges.
Upgrades, expansions and Special Projects:
All upgrades, expansions, and special project charges will be submitted in the form of a quote and/or an estimate of labor charges for your review and approval prior to commencement of work.
Professional Service Agreements:
A fixed rate monthly Professional Service Agreement may be available to your company. The advantages of this type of Professional Service Agreement include:

of monthly service
hours
2. Normal and preventive
service
3. Service priority
scheduling
4. Discounted hourly
service charges
5. Semi-annual review of
used service hours
and adjustment of the
service agreement
